Our rental portfolio consists exclusively of beautifully restored, historic houses in safe neighborhoods in immediate proximity to Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, Memorial Hospital, and Downtown South Bend. All of our houses are upgraded with modern features and continuously maintained to ensure that our tenants are experiencing a high quality of living that makes them feel at home.
Davey Homes is owned by Matt and Christina Davey. Matt first became captivated by South Bend when he received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. After graduating from Notre Dame, Matt went on to earn a J.D./M.B.A. and to found the Miami corporate law firm, Lex Concordia, PLLC. Like most alumni, Matt has a deep love for Notre Dame, which led him to buy a home in South Bend for his frequent trips back to campus and to start Davey Homes with his wife, Christina. While also a licensed attorney, Christina has shifted her focus to real estate, where she is a rising star in Miami's property development world, overseeing the management of more than ten of the most prestigious condominiums in Miami and Miami Beach. Christina brings her detailed knowledge of property management and high-end living to Davey Homes.
With years of experience in the management of rental properties, we know that the satisfaction of our tenants is the basis of our business. We have a team of trusted contractors on call 24/7, along with a secure, online portal for each tenant to pay rent and to notify us of any problems that may require maintenance, so that we are able to give prompt and professional attention to any problems that might occur.
